Terms of Service

1. Not tax advice
taxsly is a community discussion platform. Content on this site — including strategies, verdicts, replies, and votes — is community opinion and is never authoritative tax advice. Rules vary by jurisdiction and change over time. Always consult a qualified tax professional before acting on anything you read here.
2. Your contributions
You are responsible for the content you post. When you submit a strategy or reply, you grant taxsly a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content so we can operate the platform. You retain ownership of your contributions.
Do not post misleading, defamatory, or unlawful material. Do not post content that promotes tax evasion or illegal activity. We may remove content that violates these terms or our community standards, and we may suspend accounts that repeatedly abuse the platform.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use taxsly to break the law, to harass or harm others, to distribute spam or malware, to manipulate votes or verdicts, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts, or to scrape or harvest data at scale without our permission.
4. Accounts
You sign in with a Google or Microsoft account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use taxsly.
5. No warranty
taxsly is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the site, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, taxsly and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of taxsly or reliance on its content. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which is zero, since taxsly is free to use).
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to taxsly at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these terms or if we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to protect the platform or other users. You may stop using taxsly at any time and delete your account.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through the site. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
